Job description
-Responsible for ensuring the achievement of GKL sales targets by conducting strategical analysis, planning actions & countermeasures, and executing them together with relevant stakeholders including AG and other departments.

-Responsible for coordinating all GKL sales related topics of the NSC via functional steering including long-term business development.

-Coordinate functional sales planning & steering for GKL in alignment with C3-JP-V-1 team towards relevant sales channels. (e.g., TDC regulation, sales tactical measures, sales incentives, by dealer performance, by SC performance, GKL dealer training etc)

-Coordinate GKL sales related topics: Club 20 activation, RV support, model launches, sales tactical communication, corporate sales, used car, network planning and customer relations regarding GKL.

-Monitoring the GKL related KPIs on a regular basis (weekly / monthly / quarterly) with PDCA cycle. Take necessary actions for improvements.

-Implementation of AG initiated project “GKL RPM” (=retail performance management).

-Competitor analysis.

-Participate in all relevant NSC circles where GKL related topics are being discussed.

-Perform GKL target derivation and allocation to relevant channels.

-Ensure ongoing knowledge exchange and collaboration with all relevant NSC functions and other markets for GKL related topics.

-Act as window function for the BMW Retail Network regarding all GKL related topics

Job qualification
-University Degree
-Over 5 years in Automotive or Luxury Industry
-Leadership experience prioritized.
-Experience in project management welcomed.
-High flexibility to work on multitask assignments.
-Good ability to lead and guide co-workers within a matrix-type function.
-Strong data driven approach, goal oriented and proactive, able to work independently, but also work cross-functionally with strong initiative and leadership. Above all, maintain focus in a VUCA environment.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Japanese and English)
-English proficiency (Business level, minimum TOEIC 800)
