職務内容
Job description
- Analyses dealer sales performance, track record, compatibility with medium- to long-term network plans.

- Encourages dealers to establish new facilities and implement renovations. Plans investment, agrees timelines and makes sure that facilities are up to date.

- Plans capital investment support measures for dealers.

- Develops, rollout and manages scheme (incentives, dealer contract, CI standards, etc) incorporating change in market and dealers.

- Coordinates audit and evaluation of dealers conducted periodically.

- Develops the ideal BMW and MINI dealer network based on future strategic network plan.

- Actively communicates with other divisions to build trust to acquire in-house approval when necessary. 
登録資格
Job qualification
- University Graduate or above

- Knowledge and experience in automobile industry(preferable)

- Experience in analysing and formulating suggestions and involving stakeholders for execution.

- Basic understanding in legal and contract.

- Advanced level of Word, Excel and Power Point.

- Strong communication and presentation skill.

- Conflict resolution skill.

- Cleared and structured thinking.

- Founded relationship building skills

- Business level of English

- Self-starter and active learner
