Senior Manager, Strategic Dealer Relations

Job description
Responsibility:

- Take actions as an outcome from a structured and transparent performance process of outlet and owner optimization.

- Plan, monitor, and challenge the timelines escalating risks and opportunities. Request and monitor budget suggesting resources allocation.

- Is a major cross contact between internal divisions, teams and vendors.

- Comprehensively supports and cooperate with Project Leader of Strategic Dealer Relations

Tasks:

- Work to right-size partners that need improvement and transfer business to new partners.

- Steer risks of litigation and excessive compensation requirements in aligned approach with Legal, Finance and Sales departments

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Manage dealer contract of matters including Dealer/Agent contracts.

- Increases opportunities for communication with dealers and opportunities for frank and fair explanations

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders successfully

Job qualification
(Education)
- University degree

(Work Experience)
- At least 3 years investment/project management experience

- At least 3 years’ experience in Automotive industry.

(Additional skills)
- Knowledge of automobile business and dealer business

- Knowledge and experience in General Management consulting

- Project Management Skill

- Perfect Communication and Organizing Skills

- Native Japanese and Good English Communication Skills

- Advance negotiation skills

- Positive attitude to changes.

- Founded relationship building skills.

- Understanding of design drawings

- MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
