Job description
Purpose & Key accountabilities

Responsible for planning and steering insurance initiatives to achieve sales and profit targets by creating new products, business scheme and marketing plan as well as guiding internal stake holder such as field team to steer insurance business across dealer network.

Key accountabilities of the function

- Develops long term, annual, quarterly business plan for insurance business with the objectives to achieve set KPIs
- Reviews product and service package offer, suggests optimization/ white spaces and bundling opportunities
- Regularly monitors and analyzes key KPIs, identifies potential in product/ area/ dealer, proactively suggests improvement actions.
- Proactively proposes effective sales tools to support V2 area managers to steer dealers.
- Suggests and develops/ improves products & services and service package for sustainable business growth, including making business case simulation.
- Makes sales forecasts and budget draft.
- Prepares marketing plan draft in collaboration with the SF3-JP-V1 marketing team.
- Manages direct cost and marketing cost.
- Analyzes and controls claim payment of EW and other insurance products to lower loss ratio.
- Plans and supports IT system development to enhance sales processes.
- Monitors competitiveness of products and services.
- Plans and implements dealer contests/incentives and customer campaigns.
- Manages and aligns with business partners for cooperative activities.
- Drafts detailed agreement with providers
- Plans dealer training program to enhance sales capability of dealers.

Job qualification
Education

University degree, preferable in business administration or/and finance.

Work experience, Leadership experience

- Insurance business experiences with product and business knowledge.
- Experiences in the automotive and /or financial industry
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc.

- Ability to create, evaluate and implement business plans
- Strong customer orientation and good understanding of premium customer expectation
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Passion to develop business
- Negotiation skill
- Project management skill
- Communication and presentation skills
