Scope of responsibility
Products/ Modules/ Components
Expert Technical Support for all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars product portfolio including coach build / collection vehicles and accessory parts.
Regional Lead High Voltage (Electric Vehicle) Technical Specialist, Dealer Service Operating systems and Technical communications.
Services/ Enabling/ Provision of Services
In region High Voltage Technical Specialist encompassing “Flying-Doctor” & dealer service consulting role. Responsible for providing dealer and regional direction/support in the complete service process for all electric vehicle technical cases whilst ensuring any local market compliance and legislation topics are adhered to.
Others
Lead Service process consultative role to Dealer Network and regional team. Highlighting dealer technician training/qualification needs, and defines improvement scope with tooling, warranty, and service process steps where necessary.
Ensuring input of key quality topics to PMP (Problem Management Process) through existing defined processes.

Job qualification
|
- Qualifications in vehicle mechanical and electronic systems to a Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Master Technician Level.
- Qualified and certified to BMW Group Blitz 4 AUS / HV Expert Level
- Hybrid/Electric Vehicle High Voltage qualification - HVE (High Voltage Expert)
- BMW Group vehicle technical experience would be beneficial.
- City & Guilds, HNC, BEng (Hons)
- Relevant industry experience within mechanical or automotive technical areas i.e. Master Technician, Technical Support, Manufacturing or Engineering.
- Thorough understanding of global Rolls-Royce Service, Parts and Warranty processes both internally and in the dealer network.
- Extensive motor vehicle technical background necessary.
- Experience on a global level within a multinational company is preferable.
- High level understanding the legal, social, cultural, and linguistic differences of our markets.
