職務内容 Job description
|
・ Oversight and Management of Application Operations: Responsible for the overall management and optimization of the company's critical business applications, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
・ Incident and Problem Management: Lead the investigation and resolution of complex application-related incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring timely restoration of services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
・ Vendor Management and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for application operation vendors, which is India HUB, managing relationships and coordinating support activities. Collaborate with India HUB team to address technical issues, negotiate service-level agreements, and ensure optimal application performance.
・ Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation on application configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolution workflows. Provide training and knowledge transfer to the IT team and end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the applications.
・ Application Operation Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the application operations domain, leveraging tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Implement and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and address potential issues.
・ Application Deployment and Upgrades: Oversee the planning, testing, and execution of application deployments and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Establish and maintain standardized processes for application lifecycle management.
・ Capacity Planning and Resource Management: Analyze application usage patterns and trends to forecast future resource requirements, ensuring adequate capacity and performance. Collaborate with the India HUB and Platform team to align resource planning.

・ Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in application operations, with a strong background in Windows, dot net, and MS SQL Stack.
・ Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing and troubleshooting a wide range of business applications, including ERP, CRM, and custom-built systems. Hands-on experience with application monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization.
・ Incident and Problem Management: Demonstrated track record of effectively managing and resolving complex application-related incidents and problems, with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
・ Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
・ Vendor Management: Ability to effectively collaborate with application vendors, negotiate service-level agreements, and coordinate support activities.
・ Process Improvement: Experienced in implementing automation tools and techniques to streamline application operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.
・ Continuous Learning: Proactive in staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in application operations. Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
・ Language Skill: English and Japanese at least on business level
