・ AI/ML Strategy & Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models, aligning them with business goals.
・ Model Optimization: Continuously optimize machine learning models for improved performance, scalability, and robustness.
・ Data Analysis & Preprocessing: Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of datasets used for AI/ML models.
・ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business units, data engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes.
・ Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and introduce innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.
・ Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor AI/ML model performance, ensuring results meet expectations and addressing any issues for continuous improvement.
・ Continuous Process Improvement: Drive process optimization across company to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
・ Reporting & Data Analytics: Generate performance reports based on global and local KPIs, providing actionable insights for management.
・ Tableau & Data Visualization: Lead the Tableau community to enhance data visualization skills across the organization. Utilize Tableau to analyze data, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to management.

Job qualification
|
・ Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
・ Experience in business analytics, AI/ML model development, and process management.
・ Proficiency in AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
・ Strong data handling, collaboration, and cross-functional support skills.
・ Tableau expertise for data visualization, including creating dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for management.
・ Ability to analyze complex data patterns and use data-driven insights to support business decisions.
・ Fluency in Japanese and English.
・ Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and experience in financial services.
