職務内容
Job description
・ As liaison and advocate for the assigned dealer network the area manager focuses on achieving all targets established by Financial Services Japan.
・ Identifies and implements development needs for dealers.
・ Works closely with BMW Japan Corp. area managers to jointly support dealers, a one voice approach, with the aim to support retail target achievement while achieving finance and insurance targets, profitability and retention.
・ Assesses dealer training requirements and conduct training to dealers in responsible area.
・ Builds a strong business relationship with dealer principle, sales director, F&I Manager and SCs. 
登録資格
Job qualification
・ 3-5 years of leadership experience in one or more of the following : Automotive Sales and /or Financial Industry (Sales and Marketing).
・ Strong customer orientation and understanding of the needs of customers in a premium environment.
・ Negotiation, presentation and communication skills in general
・ Leadership, strong sense of responsibility and ownership

・ Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT) and general system literacy
