・ Monitor IT Security Systems: Regularly overseeing security systems helps identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring the protection of sensitive financial data.
・ Provide Technical Support for Cloud Applications: Assisting users with cloud application issues ensures smooth operations and enhances user satisfaction, which is critical in the financial sector.
・ Assist in Incident Response: Supporting the response to security incidents helps mitigate risks and recover quickly from potential breaches, maintaining business continuity.
・ Conduct Basic Troubleshooting: Performing initial troubleshooting for technical issues allows for quick resolutions, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
・ Document Support Activities: Keeping detailed records of support activities aids in tracking issues and provides valuable insights for improving IT processes and security measures.
・ Collaborate with IT Security Teams: Working closely with the IT security team in Singapore to ensures that security protocols are followed and that any emerging threats are addressed promptly.
・ Provide User Training on Security Best Practices: Educating users on security best practices fosters a culture of security awareness, reducing the likelihood of human error leading to security breaches.
・ Stay Updated on IT Security Trends and Cloud Technologies: Keeping informed about the latest trends in IT security and cloud technologies enables the support team to implement effective solutions and stay ahead of potential threats.

登録資格 Job qualification
|
・ A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications may also be considered.
・ Familiarity with IT security principles and practices, as well as basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
・ Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT environment, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for more than 3 years.
・ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
・ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and convey technical information clearly.
・ A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction.
・ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, particularly with IT security and cloud application teams.
・ A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends, particularly in IT security and cloud services.
