・ Gather and Define Business Requirements: Collecting and articulating business requirements for developers ensures that the final product meets user needs and enhances functionality.
・ Manage Application Operations: Overseeing the operation of live digital applications ensures that they function smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and user disruption.
・ Facilitate Smooth Transition from Project to Operation: Ensuring a seamless transition from project completion to operational status is critical for maintaining service continuity and user satisfaction.
・ Monitor Application Performance: Regularly assessing application performance helps identify areas for improvement and ensures that digital solutions remain effective and user-friendly.
・ Provide Support and Troubleshooting: Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for digital applications ensures that any issues are resolved quickly, maintaining operational efficiency.

・ Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
・ Experience in Project Management: Proven experience in managing digital projects, including familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
・ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks, as well as experience with digital applications and interfaces.
・ Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers.
