契約・与信審査業務
BMW Japan Finance のオート・ローンおよびオート・リースの新規契約に関する与信審査をご担当いただきます。
・ディーラー対応を含む日次プロセスを管理し、適切な承認判断と顧客満足の実現
・規制・社内規程を徹底的に遵守し、コンプライアンス運用の推進
・新製品・プロセス変更時には要件定義とユーザーテストのリード
・継続的な改善を推進し、組織の効率化と最適化を自ら導く
・チーム教育・コーチングを通じて、部門の能力の底上げ
・内部統制・オペレーショナルリスクの管理
・Tableau などデータツールを活用し、データドリブンな意思決定の推進
・AI・自動化の活用機会を模索し、業務の効率化と競争力の向上

・ Manage daily finance acceptance process including call handling dealerships.
・ Make sure acceptance process fully complaint with regulatory, company rules.
・ Drive operational excellence, define requirements in case of developing new products/ process change conducting user test.
・ Make continuous Kaizen activities in the area, support to drive initiatives proactively.
・ Provide training and coaching to the team members.
・ Perform the relevant tasks to internal control system and operational risk.
・ Utilize Tableau for data driven business.
・ Seek the possibility to use AI, automation in the area.

登録資格
Job qualification
|
・ローン／リース商品知識と、3年以上の個人/法人審査業務経験（銀行、信販、カード、リース等）
・MSオフィススキルとデータ分析能力
・ディーラーおよび他部門との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
・積極的に解決策や新しいアイデアを提案し、変化に前向きな姿勢
※英語力について：使用するシステムは英語記載ですが業務上はディーラーとの応対等、日本語での業務が主となるため、ご入社後に身に着けるご意欲のある方であればご入社時の英語力は初級レベルでも問題ありません。

土日を含むシフト制（メンバーと調整しながら柔軟に対応いたします）

・ Bachelor Degree
・ Deep understanding of loan/ lease products having credit check experiences over three years.
・ Readiness to work on a shift basis including weekends.
・ Advanced level in MS office, data analytic skill.
・ Good communication skills both with dealers and other departments.
・ Proactively propose solution/new idea, have a positive mindset for changes.
・ Preferred Intermediate English communication and presentation skills
