We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, DevOps to manage the application operations of our financial systems. This role will involve collaborating with our offshore development team in India to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, financial systems, and team collaboration.
・Oversee the application operations of financial systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
・Collaborate with the offshore development team in India to provide technical support and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
・Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.
・Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
・Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
・Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
・Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize application performance.
・Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and financial systems.

Job qualification
|
・Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
・Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on financial systems.
・Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
・Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
・Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, ELK Stack).
・Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
・Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with offshore teams.
・Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert).
・Familiarity with financial systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
