Job description
|
The Senior Specialist, Risk Management candidate should be experienced in the field of financial or business analysis. S/he is expected to focus on accuracy and quality in analysis with a fact-based approach by handling complex data to support RV Risk Manager and Credit Risk Manager. S/he is also expected a holistic and forward-looking view to assess potential risks.
-Create Monthly/Quarterly Risk Report incl. various Key Risk Indicators and data analysis in Residual Value Risk and Credit Risk (currently in transition to Tableau from MS excel & Power Point based on data handling & analysis with SAS and Python Code)
-Validate data for transformation of data platform
-Coordinate quarterly RV working group meeting and support data analysis preparation
-Support Retail Finance Credit Scorecard re-development project (data set/validation/analysis, project management) in 2026 and regular validation & maintenance of scorecard and policy rules in the future
-Maintenance internal relevant guidelines in Residual Value and Credit (incl. Retail Finance and Commercial Finance) risks

Job qualification
|
-Experiences in financial or risk analysis
-Experiences in finance/banking business a plus
-Capable of handling complex data
-Advanced PC skill (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
-Tableau experience for data visualization incl. dashboard creation and Python is preferable, at least strong interest to learn
-Fluent in Japanese and English
-Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Finance or Economics
-Highly motivated, always driving for self-development and supporting colleagues as a reliable business partner
