Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Senior Specialist to ensure the stable and efficient operation of critical business applications.
This role leads incident resolution and continuous improvement activities, working closely with internal teams and offshore vendors to maintain high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations of business applications, including occasional weekend support
-Lead investigation and resolution of application incidents and problems to minimize business impact
-Collaborate with offshore (India) operations teams and external vendors
-Maintain operational documentation and share knowledge with internal teams
-Drive process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency
-Coordinate application releases, upgrades, and lifecycle management
-Monitor application usage and support capacity and resource planning

登録資格
Job qualification
|
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in application operations
Hands-on experience with Windows, .NET, and MS SQL environments
-Proven experience in incident and problem management
-Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-Experience working with vendors or offshore teams
Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
