職務内容
Job description
・ Lead and coordinate all market activities to achieve MINI’s sales target, profitability target, and high customer satisfaction.
・ Implement local MINI sales strategies in MINI Japan organization and dealers.
・ Manage new car and used car sales, stock levels, and sales promotion measures effectively.
・ Develop and execute market-specific projects. (such as CRM implementation and edition launch)
・ Monitor and analyze market, sales performance and forecasts to initiate corrective actions.
・ Represent MINI Japan by talking with dealers and leading them to achieve results aligned with MINI’s direction.
 
登録資格
Job qualification
・ Skills in conducting meetings and reporting in English.
・ Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
・ Strong competence in sales steering, market analysis, strategic planning, and project execution.
・ Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dealer networks.
・ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
