Job description
|
・Manages, develops, and provides Rolls-Royce technical service information and communicate to dealers
・Manages and provides technical support for sales regions, dealers / importers
・Manages and operates Rolls-Royce service operations
・Manages and communicate Recall & technical campaigns to MLIT and dealers
・Manages and monitors Rolls-Royce field quality issues
・Manages and monitors dealer recall & technical campaign completions rates
・Manages and monitors Dealer opportunities in AWP
・Manages and operates Rolls-Royce warranty operations

登録資格
Job qualification
|
・City & Guilds, HNC, BEng(Hons)（＝Bachelor of Engineering (with Honours)）in electrical or mechanical engineering
・BMW Group vehicle technical experience would be beneficial
・At least 5 years’ experience in automotive Aftersales
・Japanese and English speaker
・Relevant industry experience within mechanical or automotive technical areas
i.e. Master Technician, Technical Support, Manufacturing or Engineering
